项目摘要

In the first two years, we conducted hearing surveys on how evaluations were introduced and operated at 18 public museums, including museums that had already adopted evaluations, and libraries.In the second two years, based on the survey results, two evaluation packages were examined by a team consisting of two curators of public museums, one municipal employee, and one private-sector consultant. (1) For the group of museums in Higashiomi City, Shiga Prefecture, we proposed the "evaluation package" to review the museum's raison d'etre in society and the necessity & validity of human resource development system and then we conducted an evaluation based on it. (2) At Mie Prefectural Museum, we proposed the "evaluation package" that combined performance measurement-type evaluations and participatory evaluations and ensured that it was in operation from the start of re-opening in April 2014.

在前两年，我们对包括已实施评价的博物馆和图书馆在内的18家公共博物馆进行了关于评价实施和运行情况的听证会调查。在后两年，根据调查结果，由2名公共博物馆馆长、1名市政府工作人员和1名民间顾问组成的小组对2套评价方案进行了审查。(1)以滋贺东近江市的博物馆群为对象，提出了“评价包”，对博物馆在社会中存在的理由和人才培养制度的必要性、有效性进行了评价。（2）三重县立博物馆，我们提出了一个“评估方案”，其中包括业绩衡量-该项目还将继续进行类型评价和参与性评价，并确保该项目从2014年4月重新开放之初就开始运作。
