Benefit evaluation of City-river environment as a constant.

本研究是为了评估城市河流环境，把重点放在可达性。并试图寻求城市河流环境价值的一个常数。2011年调查了9条河流，2012年调查了11条河流，2013年调查了6条河流。如果护河墙的坡度变松1度，初步估计“Majime River Yamaguchi”每平方米的地价将上涨150日元。为测算区平均地价的0.28%。所有的调查都采用了初步估算的方法。例如，如果护河墙的坡度变松1度，“坂神地区的河流”的地价每平方米将上涨700日元。约占测算面积平均地价的0.28%。因此，它表明，环境价值超过土地价格是恒定的。

The present study was undertaken in order to evaluate city-river environment that puts its focus on accessibility. And this paper intends to seek a constant of city-river environmental value. 9 rivers in 2011, 11 rivers in 2012, 6 rivers in 2013 have been investigated.If the slope of river-protection-wall becomes 1 degree loose, rising land-price \150 per square-meter in preliminary estimation at "Majime river Yamaguchi". It is 0.28% of the average-land-price in area for measurement. All of investigation has applied method of preliminary estimation. For example, If the slope of river-protection-wall becomes 1 degree loose, rising land-price \700 per square-meter in "river of Hanshin district". It is almost 0.28% of the average-land-price in area for measurement. So it's shown that the environmental value over a land price is constant.
