Development and practice of simulation-game for inquiring multiple society

本研究的目的是为初中社会学课开发一款商业模拟游戏，让学生能够体验性地理解，我们的社会作为现实存在的各种方式都是可能的。我们把餐厅管理作为一个学生熟悉的游戏例子。在由各种各样的顾客组成的市场上，学生们作为餐厅经理与其他学生竞争。在这场博弈中，我们采用了多细分市场模型，以实现市场的多样性。很明显，由于游戏强制执行，学生的决策变得多样化。通过这一游戏的学习，学生们了解了管理策略的多样性，并从单一的角度改变了他们的社会认知度。

The purpose of this study is to develop a business-simulation game for social studies class of junior high school that students can understand experientially that the various ways that should be are possible for our society as actual being. We took up restaurant management as a gaming-example familiar for students. Students compete with other students as restaurant manager in the market that consists of various customers. In this game, we adopted the multi-segments market model in order to realize the diversity of the market. It became clear that students' decision-making became various as a result of game enforcement. By the lesson with this game, students understood the diversity of management strategy and transfigured their social recognition by a single point of view.
