Development of the diagnosis and treatment of venous thromboembolism using animal model

本研究旨在观察溶栓剂对大鼠下腔静脉不同类型血栓形成的影响。将大鼠下腔静脉暴露，用重组腺病毒进行基因转移。基因转导后，结扎下腔静脉诱导静脉血栓形成，评价溶栓剂的抗血栓作用。因此，我们有望在该动物模型中评估静脉血栓形成与溶栓药物之间的关系。

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the thrombolytic agents to various types of thrombosis in rat inferior vena cava (IVC). We exposed rat IVC and performed gene transfer using recombinant adenovirus. After gene transfer, venous thrombosis was induced by ligation of the IVC, and evaluated the antithrombotic effects of the thrombolytic agents. As a result, it was expected that we could evaluate the association between venous thrombosis and thrombolytic agents in this animal model.
