To evaluate the discrimination method of HLA Alleles, we developed the detection method by PCR-Sequence Specific Primer (SSP) and the melt peak analysis (Tm). The frequencies of target Allele calculated from database were less than 10%, therefore our method could discriminate more than 90% samples.We analyzed the Buffer capacity of saliva and Carbonic Anhydrase VI SNP of Children attended permanent caries preventing program. There were a positive association between caries present and buffer capacity. We could distinguish the rs2274327 (C/T) polymorphism by PCR-Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method.
