Development of Educational Program for Improving Nursing Assessment Competency and Evaluation

摘要本研究旨在探讨护理评估能力之培养方案及评估方法。这个教育项目由四个要素组成；评估作业A，讲座和小组作业，评估作业B，以及参与者的个人反馈。比较作业A和作业B的成绩，比较实验组和对照组的成绩。结果表明，该教育项目对提高护理评估能力有一定的有益作用，需加强对患者反应的推定、适当的结局设置、多角度评估的评估能力，并继续开展该教育项目。

The purpose of this study is to develop the educational program for improving nursing assessment competency and evaluate it. This educational program was consisted of four elements; assessment homework A, lecture and group work, assessment homework B, and individually feedback for participants. Achievement scores of homework A and B were compared, and achievement scores of an experimental group and a control group were compared. The results showed that the educational program has some beneficial effects on improving nursing assessment competency, and it would need to strengthen the assessment ability of presumption of patient's response, an appropriate outcome setting, assessment from various perspectives, and to continue this program.
