项目摘要

1学年の後期に実施された基礎看護学教育の「看護過程」の項目において、以下の如く対面式授業、グループワーク、Web Forumのブレンデッド・ラーニングを行った。対面式授業では、看護過程の教育に精通した他大学の教員を加え、看護過程の基本的事項を教授した。教育時間は90分×5回である。グループワークでは、4人1組とし、一人のpaper-patientを提示し、13領域ワークシートと関連図の作成を通して、看護診断を導く演習を実施した。教育時間は90分×2回である。さらに2人のpaper-patientsを提示し、同じグループでワークシートと関連図を完成させる課題を与えた。ワークシートと関連図、看護診断をグループごとに提出させた。提出様式は電子媒体とした。Web Forumは、双方向性のe-learningを意図したものである。すなわち、Webにスレッド式掲示板を設置し、学生同士、あるいは教員と学生のディスカッションを行うものである。具体的には、1グループごとに1スレッドを作成し、スレッドの最初の場面で看護診断をあげ、提出されたワークシートと関連図にリンクできるようにした。このようにして、問題提議(看護診断の妥当性の検討)されたスレッドに対し、学生に自由な発言を促した。この会話を当該講座の教員8人が見守り、必要に応じて適切な助言を加えた。Web Forumは学生の余暇時間で行った。効果は掲示板における学生の発言と、日本語版SDLRS(自己決定型学習能力の準備性測定尺度)、『楽しかったか』等を問うアンケートから検討した。SDLRSはe-learningを実施しない昨年度のものと比較した。掲示板では、学生は積極的に発言しており、誤った看護診断や患者の捉えかたがディスカッションで修正され、看護過程の理解が深まっていく様子が現れていた。SDLRSについては現在解析中である。アンケートからは、掲示板を通した勉強を楽しんでいることが伺えた。Web Forumによる双方向性e-learningを活用した、ブレンデッド・ラーニングは看護過程の教育に有効である可能性が示唆された。
