项目摘要

本研究では、企業と労働者の雇用関係を「外部性のあるマッチング理論」の枠組みで考察している。外部性とは、各企業の利潤が、ライバル企業が雇っている労働者にも依存する事を意味する。例えば、プロスポーツのチームと選手の市場を考えれば、チームは選手を雇ったうえで、さらにライバルチームと競合する構造になっている。従って、各チームの利潤はライバルチームがどの選手を雇っているのかに依存していると考える方が自然である。本研究では外部性のあるマッチング問題において、企業と労働者間の望ましいマッチング方法について考察している。特に、安定マッチングという「どの企業と労働者のペアも現在の契約を解消し新たに契約を結ぶインセンティブがないマッチング」に着目して研究を行っている。今年度の研究では、外部性のあるマッチング問題において「安定マッチングをみつける効率的なアルゴリズムの設計」(以下、研究(1))、および「安定マッチングの形成プロセスについての考察」(以下、研究(2))を行った。研究(1)については、「安定マッチングの存在条件を満たすような環境では、安定マッチングの集合の中で全ての労働者にとって最も好ましい安定マッチングが存在し、それは拡張不動点アルゴリズムによって計算量の意味で効率的に見つける事が出来る」という結果を得た。研究(2)では「ライバル企業が追加的に労働者を雇った際に自社の利潤が増加するという正の外部性があるときは、分権的な労働市場において安定マッチングは必ずしも達成されるとは限らない。」という結果を得た。

This study examines the organizational structure of externalities in the employment relationship between employers and employees. Externality means that the profits of each enterprise depend on the employees. For example, the market for players is open, and players are hired and compete. The profit of each group is not the same as that of the other groups. This study examines externalities, expectations, and methods among employers.
