项目摘要

本年度は研究計画の最終年として、漢代の儒教的学術センターである東観・石渠閣・白虎観等の宮中図書館と、首都の南郊に置かれた太学及び明堂・辟雍・霊台といった礼制建築群の機能と意義について考察した。６月１４日に、京都大学で開催された六朝史研究会において、宮中蔵書閣と経学講論に関する口頭発表を行った。漢代、宮中の蔵書閣（石渠閣、白虎観）で開催された経学講論が、後漢の初期には洛陽南郊の太学や辟雍で行われ、特に明帝は自ら経学講論を行った。これらの経学講論は一種の儀礼であり、六朝期には釈奠儀礼へと発展したことを明らかにした。８月５日から２５日まで、史料調査のために台湾中央研究院歴史語言研究所に訪問学人として滞在し、中文の関連論文と、史料を収集した。論文「漢代の経学講論と国家儀礼――釈奠礼の成立に向けて――」を執筆し、宮中の蔵書閣で行われた経学講論が、後漢明帝による、洛陽南郊の辟雍での皇帝自身による講論へと発展し、それは天子の徳を天下に行き渡らせる辟雍儀礼の意義を体現したものであることを明らかにした。『東洋史研究』７４－４への掲載が決定している。１１月２８日に、関西大学で開催された日本秦漢史学会の大会において、「漢代の秘書と校書事業」のタイトルで口頭発表を行った。前漢末から後漢末にかけて継続的に行われた、宮中蔵書の整理・校定作業について考察し、秘書は漢宗室全体の財産であると認識されていたが、校定作業の成果が熹平石経に刻まれ、洛陽南郊の太学門外に立てられたことによって、一種の共有文化財へと変貌したことを明らかにした。修正を加えて論文として執筆し、『日本秦漢史研究』に投稿し、掲載は決定している。本年度は上記にように意欲的に研究活動に取り組むことができ、予定以上の成果を得ることができたと自負している。
