Creation of the model of regional law-related-education : Tagawa Project

本研究旨在建构区域性法学教育模式，包括法学教育教材的建构与实践，并以《解释权》为教材。本教科书不仅在福冈县，而且在日本全国范围内广泛使用。区域模型的创建是本研究的重要成果。2014年3月30日在田川举行了一次LRE练习。这与日本各地使用的“解释权”教科书相比，当然不是什么大的收获，但也是迈出了伟大的第一步。

This research aims for creation of the model of regional law-related-education(LRE).It includes of creation of textbook for LRE and practice of it. As the result, the textbook of "the power of interpretation" is issued. This textbook is broadly used for all over Japan not only in Fukuoka prefecture.The result of the creation of regional model is great result of this research.And one more, about Tawaga project is also done. One practice of LRE is held in Tagawa on 30th March 2014. This is certainly not big gain compare with the textbook of "the power of interpretation" used in all over Japan, but it must be great first one step.
