The aims of this research are following two points. (1)To collect the useful data from public statistics and local government's surveys, and build the data set for education to utilize in quantitative analysis. (2)Based on (1)'s data set, to perform empirical studies on optimal allocation of educational resources in Japan.The results of research are following two points. (1)In data collection process, the useful data set was made from "The National Assessment of Academic Ability" collected by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, and National Institute for Educational Policy Research of Japan. (2)This research empirically analyzed the relationship between the class-size and the test scores of Language and Mathematics in the public elementary and lower secondary schools of Japan by using (1)'s data set.

本研究的目的有两点。(1)To从公共统计和地方政府的调查中收集有用的数据，建立教育数据集，用于定量分析。（2）以（1）的数据为基础，对日本的教育资源优化配置进行实证研究。(1)In在数据收集过程中，有用的数据集来自日本文部科学省和国立教育政策研究所收集的“国家学术能力评估”。（2）本研究使用（1）的数据集，对日本公立小学和初中的班级规模与语文和数学考试成绩的关系进行了实证分析。
