项目摘要

本研究の目的は、育児困難や虐待の予防を目指し妊婦を対象に行うペアレンティングプログラム（以下、妊婦PP）の効果を評価することである。プログラムの運営は、カナダの子育てプログラム「Nobody’s Perfectプログラム」の枠組みを活用する。基本的な考え方として、参加者中心のアプローチ等が挙げられ、参加者に応じたプログラム内容、開催回数・時間等を考案・企画することになっている。平成24年度は、妊婦PP参加者（介入群）と一般的な妊婦教室（対照群）を対象に質問紙調査を行い、両者を比較・検討した（介入群へ３クール、対照群へは数クール実施）。妊婦PPで取り上げられたテーマは類似しており、1例を挙げると「妊娠・出産に向けての心配や不安」「出産後の生活（仕事や保育園）や子育て（兄弟への対応）への心配や不安」「夫や家族との関係等の心配や不安」であった。データは分析途中であるが、参加者より「妊婦は幸せなイメージがあり、こんなネガティブな思いを抱いていたら駄目だと思っていた」「体が自由に動かずイライラする」「産後に頼れる人がいない」等の悩みが出されたが、「自分だけではなく、皆も同じに思いだとわかり安心した」等、不安が軽減されたという発言が聞かれた。また、アンケート結果を見るとグループの被サポート感が高くなっているグループもあり、実際にプログラム終了後も定期的に会っているグループやメンバーもおり、妊婦PPのねらいの一つの妊娠中からの仲間作りが期待できると考えられる。今回、研究者の退職により本補助事業は廃止となったが研究自体は継続していく。今後の予定として、育児困難や虐待のリスク要因を持つ母親をチラシによって募集する方法の妥当性を検討し、同窓会プログラム（グループの関係性の強化）にて、妊婦PP参加者の現在の子育て状況の実態を明らかにし、同窓会プログラムの効果を評価することを挙げている。
