16世紀フランス人文主義者の国語意識とフランス人意識の問題を明らかにするにあたって、平成29年度は、ペトルス・ラムスとモンテーニュの関係に軸足を合わせた研究を行なった。本研究の内容は、日本フランス語フランス文学会春季大会における研究発表ののち、論文執筆の権利を得、査読を経て、学会誌『フランス語フランス文学研究』第112号への論文掲載という形に結実した。「ラムスとモンテーニュ―カエサル『ガリア戦記』からの借用を手がかりに―」と題する論文（本文は日本語、フランス語要旨付き）は、2018年5月中にWeb公開、秋以降に紙媒体での刊行が予定されている。なお、本研究の文献学調査の部分に的を当てた内容を、「フランス近世の〈地脈〉第3回研究会」（大阪大学）で披露した。学会誌『ロンサール研究』第30号（2017年8月刊行）に、「ラムス、教えることと考えることの狭間で―M.-D. Couzinet, Pierre Ramus et la critique du pédantisme (2015)を読む―」が掲載された。ラムスについての最新の研究書の内容紹介と書評を通じて、難解と知られるラムス（主義）の思想と実践の概略を日本語で伝えることができた。また、研究会「知の編集術：初期近代ヨーロッパにおける偽書、言語、百科全書」（東海大学）では「ラムス、ボダン、モンテーニュ―起源神話と国語意識をめぐって―」と題し、フランス文学・思想分野だけでなく、ヨーロッパ科学史や経済史など、さまざまな分野を専門とする研究者を前に報告を行なった。特別研究員採用期間中の研究の集大成の場として、極めて有意義であった。このほか『ルネサンス・バロックのブックガイド』（共著、工作舎より2018年刊行予定）への寄稿文を執筆し、その一部が工作舎公式サイト上に公開された（宮下志朗『本の都市リヨン』紹介文）。
