We have been building up a microscopic platform for scanning the real-time cell behaviors, such as cell movement and T cell-target cell interactions. For high-throughput scanning of these behaviors, we have checked that scanning rate of the current system, and found that the speed of stage movement may be enough for the observation of T cell activities. However, in order to link the microscope system to following steps, we found that real-time calculation based on obtained cell images was required. Then, we investigated specifications of a software based on our actual measurements for T cell-target cell interactions. This helps one to combine imaging and following genomic analyses using our cell picking system.
