项目摘要

建国初期（1949～57年）における基督教管理制度の形成や政策過程については、主に文献資料の読解や分析を行った。分析を通じて、中央政府が発する基督教政策が朝鮮戦争の戦況とともに変化していったことや、各地方政府の宗教工作部門の設置が順調には進んでいなかったことなどを明らかにすることができた。中央政府は、地方や基層のレベルで基督教政策を執行する人材が不足している問題に対処するために人材の補充などを行ったものの、その補充された人材の多くが非識字者であった。また、第一次五か年計画が始まるなかで、現場では基督教政策よりも生産や経済建設の仕事が優先された。こうしたことから、基督教に対する統治能力はなかなか向上しなかった。以上の分析結果の一部について、論文のかたちでまとめ、図書（論文集）の一章として上梓した。反右派闘争期から文化大革命期（1957～76年）については、文献資料の収集・分析作業を行った。オーストラリア国立図書館を訪問し、①『中共重要歴史文献資料彙編』所収の諸資料、②雑誌『天風』を閲覧・収集した。①は、中国共産党・政府内部から流出した一連の資料集成であり、今回の訪問では、主に文化大革命期における政治協商会議や統一戦線工作部門の動向を示す資料や、1960年代前半の公安部門発行の定期刊行物などを閲覧・収集することができた。②は、中国国内の基督教教会を管理する中国基督教三自愛国運動委員会の機関誌であり、今回の訪問では、これまで未入手であった1960年代初頭発行の巻号を閲覧・収集することができた。これらの資料を、すでに公刊されている他の資料とつきあわせて読むことで、これまでは断片的にしか分からなかった中国の地方政府における基督教政策の具体的執行状況を、立体的に描くことができるようになることが期待される。

In the early days of the People's Republic of China (1949~57), the formation of Christian management system and the process of policy were analyzed. Analysis of the Central Government's Christian Policy on the Korean War and the Establishment of Religious Work Departments of Local Governments The central government and local governments have implemented the Christian policy, and there is a shortage of talents. The first five-year plan was launched, and the Christian policy was given priority to production and construction. The Christian governance ability is not good enough. The results of the above analysis are as follows: one chapter of the paper, one chapter of the book (collection of papers), and one chapter of the paper. During the period of anti-Rightist struggle and the Cultural Revolution (1957 - 76), the collection and analysis of literature data were carried out. The National Library of China (NLC) has been visited,(1) the data collected in the "Compilation of Important Historical Documents of the Communist Party of China", and (2) the "Tianfeng" has been viewed and collected. 1. Data integration from the Communist Party of China and the government during the period of the Cultural Revolution. Data from the Political Consultative Conference and the unified front work department during the first half of the 1960s. 2. The official annals of the Three-Self Patriotic Movement Committee of the Christian Churches in China were published in the early 1960s. The specific implementation status of Christian policies by local governments in China is described in a three-dimensional manner.
