被接種者が予防接種を受けるか否かを意思決定する過程において、最も信頼度が高い情報源となるのは保健医療従事者である。そのような立場にある医療従事者のワクチン接種に関する知識と態度は、医療従事者自身のワクチン接種率、患者への推奨、患者のワクチン接種率の重要な決定要因となる。しかし、複数の先行研究では、ワクチン忌避のある医療従事者はある一定数存在しており、自身の患者に予防接種をすることを躊躇している現状が報告されている（Verger et al.,2015）。その背景には、専門教育課程で予防接種に関する系統的な教育が不十分なことや、様々な学術的根拠に乏しい情報源に依拠している現状が伺える。将来の医療従事者となる医療系の学生も例外ではなく、COVID-19禍でのワクチンの接種意図に関する欧米の研究では、医学部または薬学部の1〜2割の学生がワクチン忌避を示唆する結果が示され（Berello,2020; Lucia,2020）、トルコでの研究では、11.3%の学生が乳幼児のワクチンに対する躊躇感を持っている（Selda,2020）。現在、予防接種の分野における医療系学生の教育に関する研究は、国内で見当たらず実態は不明のままである。医療系学生の予防接種に関する教育がどのように行われているのか、学生のワクチンへの知識、態度、信念はどのようなものか、専門性による相違点、または共通点は何か、特に学生が将来の実践に対する心構えをどのように認識しているかを評価することで、より効果的な教育プログラムを提案することが可能となる。本研究では、医療系学部生（医学部、薬学部、看護学部）の予防接種の教育の現状、ならびに予防接種への知識・ 態度・ 信念の特徴、ワクチン忌避の程度を学部毎に明らかにし、共通点と相違点を明確化しワクチンリテラシーの実態を把握する。

The process of rational decision-making between vaccinees and recipients is the most reliable source of information and health care providers. Health care workers 'knowledge and attitude about vaccination, health care workers' own vaccination rate, patient care, and patient vaccination rate are important determinants. A number of previous studies have reported the existence of a number of vaccinations for patients (Verger et al., 2015）。The background of this paper is that there is a lack of systematic education related to vaccination in various educational courses, and there is a lack of information sources in academic courses. The results of a study conducted by the Department of Health and Medical Sciences on the future of COVID-19 related vaccination concerns among medical students are shown (Berello,2020; Lucia,2020), and 11.3% of medical students remain hesitant about vaccination concerns among infants (Selda,2020). At present, the research on the education of medical students in different fields of vaccination is still unclear in China. Since the education related to vaccination for medical students has been improved, the knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs of students have been improved, and there are contradictions and commonalities among disciplines, it is possible to comment on this proposal and make effective educational proposals. This study aims to understand the current status of vaccination education, the characteristics of knowledge, attitude, and belief about vaccination, the degree of avoidance, and the status quo of vaccination education among medical students (medical department, hospital department, and nursing department).
