新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大状況下で、特に中堅女性看護師への心理面への影響が顕著であることが報告されている（2021,厚生労働省）。本研究は、25～45歳の女性中堅看護師のレジリエンス（resilience:回復力）を高めるケアプログラムを開発することを目指す。このケアプログラムは、対象者が、入浴中に防水機能付きのワイヤレスイヤフォンをBluetooth（ブルートゥース）でユーチューブに掲載されたプログラムに接続し、そのガイダンスに従って、セルフカウンセリングを実行するものである。研究は、25～45歳の女性中堅看護師のメンタルヘルスの状況（レジリエンス、ストレス、自尊感情、自己効力感）を、自己記入式質問紙を用いて調査し、現状を明らかにする研究１、25～45歳の女性中堅看護師のレジリエンスを高めることを目指し、セルフカウンセリングを促すセルフケアプログラムを作成する研究２、研究２で作成したセルフケアプログラムを実施し、評価する研究３で構成する予定である。令和４年度は研究初年度にあたり、研究１を実施する予定であった。文献検討を行い、アンケート調査を実施する予定であった。文献検討では、レジリエンスの概念枠組みや国内外のレジリエンスを高める介入についての知見が得られたので、取りまとめて令和５年度の本学の紀要に投稿予定である。アンケート調査については、文献検討で得られた知見をもとに質問紙調査を作成し、本学医学倫理審査の書類を準備中である。
