(1)「近代字音接頭辞用例データベース」の構築作業：本研究で使用する基礎データを構築するため、「近代字音接頭辞用例データベース」の構築作業を進めた。2022年度は、字音接頭辞のデータを整備することを目的として掲げ、『日本語歴史コーパス 明治・大正編I雑誌』に収録されている『太陽』から字音接頭辞を抽出し、作業補助者を雇用した上で、誤解析の除去作業を行った。また、その作業と並行して、本研究で調査対象とする字音接頭辞の確定も行った。具体的には、敬語接頭辞「御」や数詞との結合が中心である「各」「計」といった接頭辞を対象から除外することを決めた。これは、漢語を主たる対象とするという本研究の目的と3か年で研究を完結させることを考慮したものである。データベースには、現時点で、結合対象、結合対象の品詞の情報を付与している。(2) 予備的分析の実施：データベース構築後に分析を行うが、その際の観点について検討を行った。具体的には、字音接頭辞「非－」を対象として、明治期から平成期までの変遷について検討した。この分析を通して、「非－」の造語力について検討する際、「非－」の結合対象の異なり語数の変化を見ることに加えて、「非－」と結合対象とが結合した語（結合形）の度数、用例の見られる年数という観点が有効であることを明らかにすることができた。この分析結果は、小椋秀樹（2023）「明治期から平成期における接頭辞「非－」の変遷」（『国語語彙史の研究』42、左97-左116）として発表した。また、更に同様の観点で、「非－」とともに否定の意味を表す字音接頭辞としてまとめて扱われることの多い「不－」「未－」「無－」についても調査を行い、中間報告を行った。この結果については、2023年度に論文として公表する予定である。また、今後、他の字音接頭辞についても同様の観点で調査を進めていく。
