项目摘要

本研究は、公立学校において導入可能であり、自律的発展性をもつプロジェクト型学習プログラムを、自治体裁量とコミュニティとの協働を前提に開発・導入・発展させていくためのデザインデバイスを開発することを目的とし、①ＰＢＬ導入に関する成果と課題を先行研究・実践から明らかにした上で、開発するデバイスの基礎条件を明らかにする、②連携する自治体と協働し、活動に必要な時間数の割当てや指導体制を含むプログラムの具体的構成を検討し、計画する、③開発したプログラムを試行した上で、本研究で開発したデバイスの効果性と課題について検証すること、④本研究の成果を国内外で報告し、さらなる研究の発展可能性を探ること、を具体的課題としている。本年度はこのうち①ＰＢＬ導入に関する成果・課題の検討と開発デバイスの基礎条件の解明、②連携する自治体と協働したプログラムの具体的構成の検討の２側面に力点を置いて、研究を推進した。①に関しては印刷冊子を作成し静岡県下でのカリキュラム実施をサポートする目的で配布を図った。②に関しては、申請計画において記載した下田市、牧之原市、沼津市においては協働の可能性を探った。下田市では中高一貫プログラムの研修を実施し、本カリキュラム実施の可能性を探った。牧之原市においては、2020年度より研究代表者との協働により開発がスタートしたプリズムカリキュラムの試行が同年より行われている。2022年度は、小学校段階の食育（アースランチプロジェクト）に関するプログラムが市内全小学校において実施されている。沼津市においては、一つの中学校区の（１中、２小学校）において国際理解・起業家教育を軸としたカリキュラムの試行が申請者との協働のもと行われている。
