项目摘要

本研究は、「子ども理解」を核とする保育実践に不可欠な身体性の育成に向けて、保育学生における、子どもと繋がる保育者の身体性に対する理解の深化を目指すものである。そのために、2022年度は保育場面の理解を支援するためのビデオ映像と質問紙調査の作成を行い、保育者養成の身体表現に関する受講生を対象に予備的調査を行った。この研究は、3大学の教員で調査を実施する共同研究として行った。具体的には、本学の附属幼稚園で撮影したリズム表現遊びの保育場面の動画を受講生に視聴させ、その観察記録に基づき受講生の視点の傾向を確認するとともに視点カテゴリーを作成・精選しながら、具体的な自由記述について考察した。その結果、1回目の教示なしの動画視聴における場面理解の視点は、子どもの「外面的理解」に関する記述数が最も多く、受講生が場面を表面的に捉えている傾向が明らかになった。2回目の動画視聴では、「保育者と子どもの繋がり」に着目するように教示した結果、受講生の視点は、2つの側面で構成された。「接面に向かう身体的行為」の側面には「共振(共鳴)」「発信(共振)」「応答(誘導)」「受容(理解)」「環境(背景)」の5つの視点カテゴリ―が見出され、さらに11の下位カテゴリーで構成された。これらはすべて子どもと繋がるための保育者の具体的な身体的行為であることが確認できた。また、教示によって保育者の身体的行為に視点が絞られ、受講生自らも両者との繋がりを志向する中で、場面理解が広がり深化させられる可能性が示唆された。
