项目摘要

本研究は，医療領域で構築されている多職種連携教育（Inter Professional Education,以下IPE）を参考にし，学校領域におけるIPEの構築を目指す。具体的には，①学校領域において，どの専門職も養成段階において共通して獲得することが必要な能力（以後「学校領域協働コンピテンシー」）を明らかにする。②「学校領域協働コンピテンシー」の獲得状況を把握するルーブリックを開発し，③「学校領域協働コンピテンシー」の獲得を促進するIPEプログラムを開発することまでを目的とする。当該年度では，①「学校領域協働コンピテンシー」を明らかにするために，広域自治体のA教育委員会に協働を熱心に行う市教育委員会の紹介を依頼し，調査協力が得られた４市の教育委員会の担当指導主事等11名及び，同教育委員会が紹介したチーム支援を行う4中学校の管理職，生徒指導主事，養護教諭，SC，SSW）等22名を調査した。教育委員会調査ではSC・SSWの配置に係る施策を質問した。中学校調査では学校，チーム学校の概要，SC・SSWの勤務形態，多職種連携に至る経緯を質問した。さらに申請者が先行研究から作成した「子ども中心マインド」，「専門性を志向し柔軟に発揮する力」，「コミュニケーション能力」，「チームとしての学校を促進する力」，「支援の分析・計画・実施・評価の力」，「自己とチームを振り返る力」の6項目からなる学校領域協働コンピテンシー案を提示し「違和感がある部分」，「要変更点」，「関連する事例」，「関連する自職種の専門的能力」を質問した。その結果，6項目の学校領域協働コンピテンシーは，チームが成立した学校に必要な資質能力であると分担・研究協力者と共に確認された。さらに②を開発するために，①の成果をもとにルーブリック案を作成し，分担・研究協力者の養成教育教員らと検討し，学習教材案を開発した。

This study provides a reference for the construction of Inter Professional Education (IPE) in the medical field and a guideline for the construction of IPE in the school field.
