本研究は、仕事に関するポジティブで充実した心理状態であるWork Engagement（ワーク・エンゲイジメント：以下WEとする）に着目し、看護系大学教員が精神的健康を維持しながら、やりがいを感じ、前向きに仕事に取り組むことのできる支援方法について検討することを目的としている。研究方法は、看護系大学教員を対象にWebによるアンケート調査を実施し、看護系大学教員のWEと職業性ストレスとの関連性について検証する。また、得られた結果より、WEを低下させる要因に介入し、WEを高めるための支援方法として心理的サポートプログラムを開発することを目指すものである。2022年度は、看護系大学教員のWEの実態調査の実施に向けて、研究動向を把握するための文献収集や研究会議を１回実施した。WEに関する国内の研究動向は、看護職を対象とした研究は増加傾向にあるが、看護系大学教員を対象とした研究は少なく、地域を限定した調査は実施されていたが、全国規模の調査は見当たらなかったことから、対象地域を拡大し大規模での実態調査の必要性が示唆された。また、研究テーマに関連する学術集会に参加し、最新の研究に関する情報収集を行い、研究に取り組むための基礎的知見を得ることができた。研究会議では、①研究計画の進歩状況の確認、②研究概要と調査内容についての検討、③調査方法の実現可能性の検討、④役割分担、⑤研究成果の発表等について検討し、研究メンバー間で共通認識を得ることができた。具体的には、調査に使用する心理測定尺度の信頼性や妥当性を確認し、調査項目の選定や調査実施に向けての調査票作成等の準備を行った。

This study aims at maintaining the mental health of nursing college teachers by studying the psychological state of Work Engagement (work engagement) related to work, and the support methods for work engagement. The research method is to conduct a survey of nursing college teachers on the Web and to examine the relationship between nursing college teachers and their professional status. The results of the survey show that we have a low level of participation, we have a high level of support, and we have a high level of psychological support. In 2022, the Department of Nursing conducted a review of the implementation of our survey, research trends, literature collection and research meetings. We are concerned about the trend of research in China, and the necessity of large-scale research in China. Research and related academic meetings, information gathering, research and organization of knowledge Research meetings include: (1) confirmation of the progress of the research plan;(2) review of the research outline and investigation contents;(3) review of the feasibility of investigation methods;(4) division of labor;(5) presentation of research results; and (6) common understanding among research projects. To confirm the reliability and appropriateness of the psychological measurement scale used in the investigation, to prepare for the selection of investigation items, to conduct the investigation, to prepare the investigation form, etc.
