项目摘要

新人看護師は、就職すると複数の患者を同時に受け持ち、患者の状態観察や患者の訴えに対応しながら優先順位を判断し、多重課題を解決するための能力が求められる。しかし、看護基礎教育においては、複数の患者を受け持つ実習は最高学年での統合実習である。統合実習を効果的に取り組むための実習内容は各教育機関ならびに各担当看護教員の裁量に委ねられている場合が多い。これらの問題を解決することを目指して、統合実習における実習事前・事後指導を効果的・効率的に実施することをサポートするために、2つの開発に着手した。一つ目は、シミュレーションを活用した多重課題を解決するための教授法の開発、2つ目は、その教授法をより良く実践するための実践プロセス（手順・導入ツール）の開発である。デザイン研究として多重課題の対応に関する知識・技能・態度を効果的・効率的に実践するための事前・事後指導のプログラム開発を行う。 2022年度は、多重課題に関する実態調査について、全国の看護系大学における統合実習の方法を表記した養成機関のシラバスの現状を明らかにし、統合実習のキーワードである多重課題・複数患者受け持ち・優先順位の概念定義を明確化した。また、現状の問題を明らかにし、統合実習における実習事前・事後指導を効果的・効率的に実施することをサポートするための実践プロセス（手段と導入ツール）の手順の表現方法をプロセスフローダイアグラムとスイムレーンダイアグラムを活用し整理した。その結果、事前教育・臨地実習・事後教育の構成ならびに統合実習の全体像が明らかになった。
