项目摘要

奈良県内の全39自治体が管轄している公立の小学校・中学校・高等学校・特別支援学校に対して、各教育委員会を通してデータ取得及び研究に対する協力依頼の通知を行い、県域共通の学習用プラットフォームである Google Workspace for Education の活用について、奈良県教育委員会と奈良教育大学と連携しながら、統計情報としての教育データを取得することについて、教育委員会・学校・保護者に対する協力依頼を実施し、すべての自治体から了解を得ることができた。上記の理解に基づいて、全県域、各市町村別、各学校別、各クラス別に、プラットフォームのログイン状況・アプリ別利用状況等が取得できる環境を整えることができた。それによって取得が可能になったデータをグラフ化するツールを県教育委員会と共同で開発し、ダッシュボード形式で可視化し、それを関係者で共有することからはじめて、今後の本格的なデータ分析による研究推進に対する理解を得られるよう努めている。また、学校の教員に対するヒアリング・授業観察による記録・授業の録画などから、授業中に扱われているデータは何かについて項目出しを行い、これまでデータとして扱ってこなかった項目内容にについてデータ化を試みている。さらに、県域で導入している統合型校務支援システムで扱われているデータに関する項目出しを行い、それらの活用頻度などからデータを精査し、学校における教育データとは何かという点について精査を行っている。
