Dr. Natsume of the head investigator has already investigated in Vietnam for six days from April 26 to May 1, 1997. Dr. Hirahara has surveyed for seven days from December 2 to December 8, 1 997. Dr. Katsuki for 11 days from December 5 to December 15, 1997. Other governmental organization assisted their expenses for travel. They took blood samples along with a research on actual condition of congenital anomalies in Odonto-Maxillo Facial Center They have already reported a part of the result on our research in 8th Imitational Congress on Cleft Palate and Related Craniofacial Anomalies.Dr. Duc Tin came to Japan from February 15 to March 27, 1998, to establish the introduction of monitoring system on congenital malformation.

调查团团长夏目姆博士已于1997年4月26日至5月1日在越南进行了为期6天的调查。平原博士从1997年12月2日到12月8日进行了为期7天的调查。从1997年12月5日到12月15日，Katsuki博士待了11天。其他政府组织协助他们支付旅费。他们采集了血液样本，并对齿颌面中心先天性畸形的实际情况进行了研究，他们的部分研究结果已经在第八届腭裂及相关颅面畸形国际会议上发表。1998年2月15日至3月27日，德田来到日本，建立先天性畸形监测系统。
