With a core project team of Steven Oddy (project/technical lead), Daniel Priestley (commercial lead) and Richard Burch (UX/UI lead), UK-based martech SME Hyper Targeted Marketing Limited (ScoreApp) is creating a lead generation and marketing platform to solve SMEs' significant unmet need for affordable hyper-personalisation tools. While consumers increasingly expect companies to provide personalised interactions and offers, SMEs typically lack the skills and resources to deliver these. Many still rely on spreadsheets. ScoreApp's sophisticated setup engine will enable businesses to collect customer data through engaging quizzes, generate insights and return hyper-personalised responses without any coding knowledge, bringing SME marketing capabilities on par with those of much larger organisations.
