This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The purpose of this research study is to determine whether genetic make-up of certain CYP450 enzymes and a particular drug transporter are significant to predicting responses (in terms of improved kidney function) to cyclophosphamide and glucocorticoid therapy.
