This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. This project seeks to design and carry out in vivo experiments to analyze immune responses in vivo in mice, within a systematically integrated process that cycles from experimental design, to data collection, to data analysis, to parameter estimation, to goodness of fit determination, to deduction from model, and back to experimental design.
