PREMISE is a proactive pandemic preparedness program to establish a stockpile of tangible immunobiological countermeasures to accelerate the response to pandemic threats globally PREMISE assesses immune responses against known and novel viruses in targeted human populations PREMISE translates these data into diagnostic, therapeutic and prophylactic assets Deliverables: Reagent and data resources for early detection and diagnostic assays Monoclonal antibodies with potential for prevention and therapy Immunogens suitable for vaccine discovery and development Activities: Conduct genetic analysis of zoonotic reservoirs and symptomatic humans for pathogen discovery Develop high throughput, multiplexed serologic and cellular immune assays Identify antigen-specic and cross-reactive immune responses to known and novel viruses in strategically targeted cohorts Establish and expand in-country laboratory assay capabilities
