PROJECT SUMMARY (See instructions): The overall objective of the Administrative Component of the George M. O'Brien Kidney Center at Yale is to ensure that Center functions and, activities are optimized to fulfill the overarching goal of facilitating basic, translational and clinical research that will advance the prevention and treatment of kidney diseases. To achieve this objective, the Administrative Component will pursue the following specific aims: 1. Provide financial management of the Center 2. Organize and coordinate activities of all administrative committees 3. Monitor core use and services, and allocate resources among Center cores 4. Facilitate communication with kidney research community including maintenance of Center website 5. Manage Pilot and Feasibility Grant Program 6. Organize and coordinate Enrichment Program
