英文摘要
Plate reading technology is a standard method for large scale acquisition of data for a variety of research assays in physiology, cell and developmental biology. The development of multi-mode detectors that allow for multiple assays to be done on a single machine increases usability by multiple research groups and reduces the footprint in the lab. Acquisition of a multimode plate reader will significantly increase both the amount of information that can be gained from each experiment and will substantially speed up the acquisition of data from such large use projects as large style genetic screens, toxicology assays or immunological assays . The DTX 880 Series Multimode Detector provides unmatched value and flexibility for a variety of application and automation needs, capable of performing: A) Fluorescence detection including time-resolved fluorescence and fluorescence polarization B) Luminescence detection (glow luminescence) C) Absorbance detection in the UV and visible range (230 nm to 750 nm). A multiplex plate reader is a standard piece of lab equipment that allows our scientists to maintain their competitive advantage in the global field of science
