Digital Advantage Group Inc. (DAGI) is a Sarnia-based customer service oriented company with office locations in both Sarnia and London, ON. DAGI is focused on providing SMB/SME clients with supports for their hardware and/or software that communicates over the Internet. This includes, but is not limited to routers, switches, voice-over-IP (VoIP) telephones, PC's, servers, and cloud backups. In collaboration with Lambton College's Information Technology and Communication Research Centre (ITCRC), DAGI is aiming to develop a process automation platform to improve upon their ability to provision and implement new customer FlexPBX VoIP phones, support and change existing client information, and market their FlexPBX product to allow further market share across Canada as a product that is easy to manage and maintain.The project aims to elevate DAGI's existing services by developing the platform to manage customer requests in a more efficient and reliable manner via an enhanced graphical user interface. The newly developed system will also allow for better customer interaction with their provided services by authorizing them to adjust their account and profile details, providing them with the freedom to control and tailor their services to meet their business goals. As well, the new process automation tool will allow for information updates inputted remotely to be updated across DAGI's entire network without requiring staff to re-input the information. The platform will have an appealing interface that is functional and easy to navigate for DAGI's clients to have better control of their own office communication systems.
