英文摘要
iRestify is an enterprise-level cleaning and facilities management platform that provides an interface foraccount holders to book cleaning or maintenance services, monitor the service teams, conduct remote qualitychecks, and access data analytics from any device. iRestify's mission is to modernize building cleaning andmaintenance operations for top Property Management companies leveraging technology to empower PropertyManagers to operate their building maintenance more efficiently by providing the digital proof of service.iRestify current target market in North America is experiencing challenges since cleaning companies areregional and paper based, consequently Property Management companies, that manage hundreds of buildingsacross Canada and the United States, need to negotiate multiple contracts with no integrated platform forservices. Therefore, the objective of this collaborative project is to develop a native app to provide enhancedmobile functionality on top of iResify's core product offering to provide added benefit to the customer. Themobile app will provide native capabilities that the current platform does not provide today. The successful development of a new native mobile app will enhance iRestify's core platform. The extendedfunctionality of the mobile app adds operational efficiency which will reduce operating costs and increaseclient interactivity and therefore, improve iRestify's level of customer service and increase marketability as thiscapability is a key selling point. The solution will allow the company to secure their current type of clientelemore easily and rapidly as they will be able to sell the visibility of how independent cleaning business operatorsare spending their cleaning and maintenance budget. The adoption and implementation required to support thissolution would involve hiring additional resources from the Canadian workforce.
