Suppression of Youngster's Inadequate Use of the Internet and Promotion of Healthy Use.

为了抑制青少年对互联网的不充分使用，促进青少年健康使用互联网，2010年至2012年，每年对中小学教师、家长、大学教授和工作人员进行大规模问卷调查。我们分析并评价了手机或网络的使用现状、网络调查的可靠性、监护人的不安全感、制定家庭规则、父母对电子教科书的看法差异等。通过视频服务器制作了53部监护人启蒙视频，并在互联网上提供。

In order to suppress youngster's inadequate use of the Internet and to promote their healthy use, large scale of questionnaire surveys were conducted for K-12 school teachers, parents, university professors and working people every year from 2010 to 2012. We analyzed and evaluated the present use of a mobile phone or the Internet, the reliability of Web survey, the insecurity that the guardian feels, making a rule at a home, and the difference between view of a father and a mother on an electronic textbook. Fifty-three enlightenment videos for a guardian was produced and provided on the Internet from a video server.
