Standard Operating Procedures for Sanitary Manegement in Laboratory Animal Facilities

对分离自实验动物的各种病原菌进行了高压灭菌、煮沸、紫外线照射和多种消毒剂的抗性试验。使用的病原体如下：Bord。支气管败血症，Br.犬坎普空肠科里kutscheri、黄毛菊E. coli，Past.多杀性，Ps. aeruginosa，Sal.抱歉萨尔鼠伤寒、葡萄球菌金黄色葡萄球菌、动物流行性链球菌（细菌）、肺支原体、M. neurolyticum，M.关节炎病毒（支原体）、仙台病毒、汉滩病毒、犬瘟热、LCM病毒、小鼠肝炎病毒、Reo 3病毒（病毒）等。此外，还对消毒剂的毒性进行了研究。根据病原菌的耐药性和消毒剂的毒性，制定了实验动物设施卫生管理的标准操作规程。SOP将于1988年5月由Soft Science Inc.出版。

Resistance of various pathogens isolated from laboratory animals were tested against autoclaving, boiling, ultra-violet radiation and many disinfectants. Pathogens used were as follows:Bord. bronchiseptica, Br. canis, Camp. jejuni, Cory. kutscheri, E. coli, Past. multocida, Ps. aeruginosa, Sal. enteritidis,Sal. typhimurium, Staph. aureus, Str. zooepidemics(bacteria), Mycoplasma pulmonis, M. neurolyticum, M. arthritidis(Mycoplasmas), Sendai virus, Hantaan virus, Canine distemper, LCM virus, mouse hepatitis virus, Reo 3 virus(viruses) and others. In adition, toxicity of disinfectants was investigated. Considering with the resistance of pathogens and toxicity of disinfectants, a recommended standard operating procedures for sanitary manegement in laboratory animal facilities was made. The SOP will be published at May 1988 by Soft Science Inc.
