Studies on the Psychological Process of "Acceptance of Grief" and Psychotherapeutic Helpings for the Bereaved

1.丧亲心理治疗策略研究本研究对5名丧亲老人进行了心理治疗。主要研究结果如下：(1)怀念有助于改善情绪稳定性和人际关系。(2)怀念有助于缓解抑郁，促进过去经历的重组。2.丧亲心理过程的相关因素研究。对246名本科生进行了关于丧亲和接受悲伤心理过程的调查，并对其中一些人进行了半结构访谈。得到的主要结果如下：(1)90人(2)15种精神障碍(抑郁、焦虑症等)作为失去亲人的悲痛反应而发生。在这项研究中，支持了一个由地震遇难者组成的自助小组。主要发现：(1)成员之间自然地交换信息，谈论他们的惨痛经历。(2)失去亲人的人需要很长时间才能接受失去的悲痛。

1.A Study on Strategies of Psychotherapeutic Helpings for the BereavedReminiscence as a psychotherapy was applied to 5 eldelies who experienced bereavements.The main findings ax as follows :(1)Reminiscence improves emotional stability and interpersonal relationships.(2)Reminiscence plays a role in helping to alleviate the depression and encouraging the reorganization of past experience.2.A Study of the Factors Related to the Psychological Process of the BereavedThe survey about bereavement and psychological process of "acceptance of grief" was conducted with 246 undergraduate students and semi-structured interview was applied to some of them.The main results obtained are as follows :(1)Ninety percent of the students experienced bereavement.(2)Fifteen types of mental disorders (depression, Anxiety disorders, etc.) occurred as the grief responses of bereavement. But they tended to decrease after funerals.3.A Study on Strategies of Psychotherapeutic Helpings for the Bereaved hit by the EarthquakeIn this study, a self-help group consisting of the bereaved hit by the earthquake was supported.The main findings are as follows :(1)Members naturally exchanged information and talked of their severe experiences with one another.(2)It takes much time for the bereaved to accept the grief of loss.
