A Research on the Studies of the Aristocratic System of the Six Dynasties

本研究的目的是厘清六朝贵族制度理论的特点和存在的问题。虽然人们对六朝贵族制度理论进行了大量的研究，但对贵族家庭和官阶之间的相互关系却知之甚少。由此，本研究将重点放在这一点上，验证了六朝的贵族制度理论。总而言之，没有任何制度可以保证任何人都担任世袭政府职务。也就是说，在六朝世袭官职方面，贵族家庭的特权是非常有限的。但许多日本学者认为，六朝时期的贵族家庭与平安时期的贵族家庭有相似之处，因此认为六朝贵族的官职是对贵族家庭的保证。

The purpose of this research is to clarify the characteristic and problem of the theory of the aristocratic system in the sixDynasties., Although a large number of studies have been made on the theory of the aristocratic system in the Six Dynasties, little is known about an interrelation between aristocratic family and official rank. Thus this research brought focus into this point, verified the theory of the aristocratic system in the Six Dynasties. In conclusion, there are no systems which guarantee hereditary government post to anyone. That is to say the privilege of aristcratic family was very limited about hereditary government post in the Six Dynasties. But many Japanese scholars thought that noble government posts were guranteed to aristocratic families in the Six Dynasties, because they regarded the aristocratic families in the Six Dynasties as the similarity to the aristocratic families in the Heian Period.
