Strategic Management and Corporate Social Responsibility

本研究探讨企业社会责任与企业绩效的关系。本研究构建了社会活动主动性、企业社会责任战略与企业绩效之间的关系框架。具体地说，本研究重点研究了企业社会责任与企业绩效之间的“联系机制”。研究表明，CRS战略和活动本身并不影响企业绩效，但关联机制影响企业社会责任与企业绩效之间的关系。

This study investigates the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate performance. This study formulates the framework on initiatives of social activities, CSR strategy, and corporate performance. In special, this study focus on the "linking mechanism", which moderates the relationship between CSR and corporate performance. This study demonstrates that CRS strategies and activities themselves do not affect corporate performance, but linking mechanism affects the relationship between CSR and corporate performance.
