Development of task scheduling model for nursing job.

本研究旨在建立外科病房护理工作任务排程模式。本研究以访谈法及动作时间研究法收集资料。结果显示，病房病患的严重程度及轮班护士的护理经验是影响排班的主要因素。病房护理服务系统是一个大规模的任务集合体，因此我们从小规模系统入手，对系统进行建模。通过对该系统模型的仿真，可以推导出最优调度规则。

This study aimed to develop task scheduling model for nursing job in surgical ward. The study was conducted based on the data which was collected by interview with nurses and time-and-motion study. One of results showed that the factors which influenced on task scheduling would be severity of patients in the ward and nursing experience of nurses engaged in the shift. The system of nursing service in a ward was so large-scale task assembly that we began with small-scale system to model the system. The optimal scheduling rule could be deducted by simulation of this system model.
