Development of objective clinical performance examination based on undergraduate curriculum and psychometric analysis.

为发展面向六年级医学生的客观结构化临床检查（OSCE），我们在2009-2011年制定并分析了21例标准化患者和评估工具。子类别，如病史记录、体格检查技能、提供信息、临床推理和沟通-人际交往技能，以及总分都得到了可靠的评估。建议在我们的检查中评估具体病例的临床能力。基于我们的分析和医学院课程，我们提出了高风险总结性欧安组织计划。

To develop objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) for 6th-year medical students, we developed and analyzed 21 cases of standardized patients and assessment instruments in 2009-2011. Subcategories, such as history-taking, physical examination skills, providing information, clinical reasoning, and communication-interpersonal skills, and total scores were reliably assessed. It was suggested that case specific clinical competencies were evaluated in our examination. Based on our analysis and medical school curriculum, we proposed the plan of high-stakes summative OSCE.
