Development of training support system for hemiplegic patientsgait using vibratory stimulation synchronized with the phases of gait.

我们开发了一种步态训练支持系统，它能够实现与步态相位同步的对患者下肢的振动刺激，以提高步态能力。我们开发了三种控制振动设备的算法，并使用健康受试者在跑步机上进行测试。所有的算法都是以内涵为基础的。低速门控时双肢支撑时间较长，说明第二种算法是有效的，因为它依赖于双肢支撑时间。

We developed a gait training support system which enables to attain vibratory stimulation to the patient’s lower limbs synchronized with phases of gait to improve the gait ability. We develop 3 algorithms to control the vibration equipment, and tested by using healthy subjects gaiting on the treadmill. All algorithms are worked as intension. Double limb support time is longer in lower velocity gating, then we could conclude the second algorithm is useful because it depend on the double support time.
