The development and verification of a measure for patient satisfaction with the multidisciplinary healthcare team and provided care

本研究的目的是编制包含与其他类型工作人员合作的患者满意度测量工具，并验证该测量工具的效度和信度，以测量患者对团队医疗的满意度。对住院不足一年的患者进行了2次网络调查，验证了该量表的效度和可靠性。因此，我们制定了由五个因素组成的测量(医务人员、护士技术和治疗等方面的一致性)。和33个条目，证明医务人员之间的一致性提高了患者的满意度。

The purpose of this research is to develop the measure which measures the degree of satisfaction of a patient including cooperation between collaboration with other types of workers, and to verify the validity and the reliability of the measure, in order to measure the patient satisfaction over team medical treatment. We conducted web investigation about 2 times tothe person experienced in hospitalization for the past less than one year and verified about the validity and the reliability of the measure. As a result, we developed the measure which consists of five factors (consistency between medical worker, a nurse's technology and treatment, etc.) and 33 items and demonstrated that consistency between medical worker raises a patient satisfaction.
