Success and failure factors in corporate entrepreneurship process of family business

本研究的目的是找出日本家族企业创业过程中的关键成败因素，并考察这些因素之间的关系。为了达到这些目的，我从前人的研究中找出了几个关键因素，并将它们整合到一个公司创业过程的框架中。在此基础上，对日本家族企业创业中这些因素之间的关系进行了实证研究，并与欧美前人的研究结果进行了比较。从这些结果中，我发现了促进日本家族企业创业活动和向企业家导向型组织转变的因素的几个独特性。

The purpose of this study is to identify key success and failure factors in corporate entrepreneurship process of Japanese family firms, and to examine the relationships among these factors. To achieve these purposes, I find several key factors form the previous studies, and integrate them into a framework of corporate entrepreneurship process. Then I empirically investigate the relationship among these in corporate entrepreneurship of Japanese family firms, and compare the findings with those of the previous studies conducted in Europe and the United States. From these results I find several unique characteristics of the factors which promote the corporate entrepreneurship activities and the shift toward the entrepreneur-oriented organization in Japanese family business.
