Managing Medical and Nursing Care Business Diversification

随着医疗机构面临极其困难的经营环境，越来越多的机构正在多元化发展非医疗相关业务，旨在通过资源共享和分散制度和政策风险来实现协同效应。除了阐明多元化目前是如何在医疗机构内管理，本研究认为多元化所取得的业务影响。分析了影响医疗机构战略定位的因素，明确了医疗机构未来的战略方向。

With medical institutions encountering an extremely difficult business environment, more institutions are diversifying into nonmedical-related businesses aiming to achieve synergies through resource sharing and institutional and policy risk dispersion. In addition to illuminate how diversification is currently managed within medical institutions, this study considers the business impact achieved by diversification. Moreover, it analyzes the factors relating to strategy orientation, and clarifies the future strategic direction of medical institutions.
