Development of nursing practice ability evaluation program certified nurse specialist with OSCE in graduate school

本研究目的为探讨研究生院应用OSCE进行重症监护CNS护理实务评估之能力发展。首先对护理系统研究生院CNS课程的护理技术教育进行了调查。其次，进行小组焦点访谈，以澄清与中枢神经系统的护理实践的东西。因此，研究生院护理技术教育的内容和评价各不相同。今后，在重新确认提取的类别的有效性的同时，要客观地检查与护理实践能力可评价的程序的开发。

The purpose of this study was development of ability for nursing practice evaluation program of Critical care CNS using the OSCE in the graduate school. At first investigated the nursing technical education in the nursing system graduate school with CNS curriculum. Next, performed a group focus interview in order to clarify something with the nursing practice of the CNS. As a result, the contents and the evaluation of nursing technical education in the graduate school varied according to there. In future, want to examine development of the program that is evaluable with nursing practice ability objectively while reconfirming the validity of an extracted category.
