Making the Industrial Engineering Program for the Students of the Art and Humanities -Toward the Linkage between Knowledge and Practice-

本研究的目的是为非工业工程专业的学生提出一个教育计划。该方案的组成是工业工程、成本管理、工作分析、市场营销等。具体来说，这个程序被认为是三种理想的教学技术。作者以24名大学生为对象实现了该程序。节目结束后还进行了问卷调查。因此，该项目被发现可以使非专业人员学习生产管理，环境管理，成本管理，工作研究和改善等基础IE科目。

The purpose of this study is to propose an educational program for non-IE major students. Composition of the program is the industrial engineering, cost management, work analysis, marketing, and so on. Specifically, this program is considered three techniques of ideal instruction.The author implemented this program using 24 university students. A questionnaire was also conducted after the program. As a result, this program was found to enable non-majors to study the fundamental IE subjects of production management, environmental management, cost-management, work study, and kaizen.
