Creativity and Working Environment of high performers in Creative Industries

本研究以创意产业及其竞争力为研究对象，探讨创意产业创作者的创造力以及创意产业员工的绩效与创造力之间的关系。以往的研究从工商管理研究中的商业创造力角度出发，认为“商业创造力是普遍存在的”。然而，在本研究的结果中，创意产业与其他产业在创意方面存在一些差异。笔者发现，在创意产业管理中，多元文化工作环境、多种族、对性取向宽容是影响企业绩效的积极因素。

Focusing on creative industries and its competitiveness, this study explored creativity of creators and the relationship between performance and creativity of workers in creative industries. Previous studies has said "business creativity is universal," from the viewpoint of business creativity in business administration research. However, in the results of this study, some differences in creativity are founds between creative industries and others. I found that multicultural work environment, multi-ethnic, on sexual orientation tolerance is positive factors for business performance in creative industries management.
