实验室核心为各个项目的重组蛋白质生产、蛋白质纯化和这些试剂的标准质量控制提供集中资源。这是一个现有的核心单元，为重组生产VitK依赖的凝血因子VIIa和X建立了哺乳动物细胞系的转染、选择和大规模生长的方方面面。在大肠杆菌或酿酒酵母中表达可溶性Tf和位点特定突变体是建立的常规程序，包括复性和纯化到均一，以成功结晶这些蛋白质[1，2]。已经制定了纯化血浆蛋白以及抗体产生和裂解的方案。因此，这一核心集中了各种项目使用的基本试剂的生产。

The laboratory core provides centralized resources for recombinant protein production, protein purification and standard quality control of these regents for the individual projects. This is an existing core unit that has established all aspects of transfection, selection and large scale growth of mammalian cell lines for the recombinant production of Vit.K dependent coagulation factors VIIa and X. Expression of soluble TF and site specific mutants in E. coli or S. cerevisiae are established routine procedures, including refolding and purification to homogeneity for successful crystallization of these proteins [1,2]. Protocols for the purification of plasma proteins, as well as, for the antibody production and fragmentation are in place. This core thus centralizes the production of essential reagents used by the various projects.
