Transitions of young workers using linked administrative data

The proposed research will fit with two of the White Rose pathways. Firstly,the "Well-being, Health and Communities (WHC)" pathway is interested inexamining the link between personal circumstances (health) andemployment/unemployment. It is also concerned with examining thedifferential impact on Black, Minority Ethnic, migrant and other marginalisedgroups. The richness of the dataset would allow us to examine theseissues. Secondly, the research also links to the "The Sustainable Growth,Management, and Economic Productivity" Pathway, which is concernedwith employment and the future of work.
