This subproject is one of many research subprojects utilizing the resources provided by a Center grant funded by NIH/NCRR. The subproject and investigator (PI) may have received primary funding from another NIH source, and thus could be represented in other CRISP entries. The institution listed is for the Center, which is not necessarily the institution for the investigator. The sample was resuspended in 30¿l of 50:50::acetonitrile:water to acquire a 1¿g per ¿l solution. One ¿l of this was further diluted in the same solution to a concentration of 3pmol per ¿l. The sample was then injected by direct infusion into a ThermoFinnigan LTQ-FT mass spectrometer.
